A little about me

I am trained in Person-Centred and Existential Therapy, which is a branch of Humanistic School of Psychology/Psychotherapy and with vigorous continual Professional training in other therapeutic models such as CBT, I apply an integrative approach to my work to meet each individual’s therapeutic needs.

I have extensive knowledge and experience of working in the NHS – CMHT setting – Voluntary Sector Mental Health Charities, such as MIND and Open Door. In my private practice, I receive referrals from local GP practices, a  number of EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Providers but the majority of my clients come from General Public. I have been working under the BACP guidelines with regular monthly supervision as well as being registered with Professional Standard Authority qualifies me for working to a high standard.

Due to change in my circumstances, I am now offering Counselling and Supervision by way of SKYPE sessions which have been very popular for clients who live long distances and who travel for their work.
