The current Covid 19 situation has become one of the Existential crises of our life time and can bring  a lot of stress, anxiety and grief.  If you are struggling with uncertainty or anxiety, you are not alone or not on your own.  Or maybe, you have experienced a sense of loss – a loss of face to face contact with friends and family or just not knowing what is next or what is going to happen in the next few days weeks or even years? Are you finding yourself ‘stuck with an undesirable situation’ in a relationship that was already difficult before. It can’t be easy and can feel overwhelming. Furthermore,  losing a loved one to Covid 19 in the current situation is extremely hard and prevents us to have a proper ending and say goodbye to them.

Maybe just getting out of bed can feel like climbing a mountain or even getting to sleep in the first place is an issue. Chores or everyday tasks can make one feel overwhelmed and  particularly if you are craving ‘normality’.  I am aware that what we are going through with COVID-19 at the moment, might prove to be a tougher situation for some of us with health worries and sense of uncertainty. I aim to help you to develop and adopt coping strategies and feel more equipped to manage your day to day life.

I am an experienced therapist and will provide you with the quality of therapy that you might be looking for as I have been offering sessions via Zoom, Skype or Facetime  previously before COVID 19. What I can offer is a space for you to express how you are feeling and together we will be able to help you to move to a place where you feel more in control of your life and your emotions. I can be as flexible as possible to meet your availability and book your sessions at your convenience.

“The bamboo that bends is stronger than the oak that resists.”
